A large-scale masterplan implementation on expansive Greenwich estate. The Hawking family desired enhancements to their outdoor entertainment and family recreation opportunities. LandForm Partners developed a masterplan that maximized views, provided numerous outdoor rooms, privacy elements, waterwalls for auditory screening of nearby road traffic, and a dramatic swimming pool with infinity edge with glass-faced deep end.
